Hello, I'm Ingela and I'm an NLP Life Coach. 

Coming from a finance background, I have spent most of my life with numbers. Don’t get me wrong, numbers and I are very good friends. However, eventually it got to a point where I started to feel like I was a robot. Surely there must be more to life than work, eat and sleep? Something was clearly missing, so I left my full-time job to find out what that could be!

In my quest to figure out what my future might look like, I came across various interesting topics. Still, no matter how many self-help books I read and how much I was wracking my brain, that elusive lightbulb moment refused to appear. I was stuck. I couldn't think of any interests, hobbies or skills that could be useful for a different line of work. 

Not being deterred, I embarked on a personal development journey and I started to have a very different outlook on life. The most significant field I discovered was NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). The concept completely blew my mind and I instantly felt at home. It made so much sense to me! I quickly realised that the tools and techniques could easily help me to have a more fulfilling life, simply by understanding myself and others better. It also hit me that the language we use, especially when talking to ourselves, can be very powerful and this led me to uncover a new world of words! 

It wasn't until other NLP coaches helped me to overcome the invisible obstacles I had built for myself, that I saw the light properly. Having someone guiding me through the process made it so much easier! As a result of my own transformational journey, here I am, an NLP Master Practitioner and Life Coach with a purpose. Because it’s such a rewarding feeling to watch my clients transform into who they really want to be, I’m passionate about guiding you through the process of designing your dream life.
