The chat

It all starts with an initial 30 minute video chat, which you can book here . This conversation is completely free and you have no obligation to book any coaching sessions.


In this initial chat, you can tell me a bit more about your needs and ask questions, while I get a chance to explain how the sessions work. It also gives us an opportunity to get to know each other a little bit. The importance of finding the right coach is vital, so you may want to speak to more than one Life Coach before you decide which one you can trust and who can best help you reaching your goals. If you feel that we're a good match, then we move on to discuss how we can work together. If, for whatever reason, I feel that I cannot help you at this time, I will tell you and explain my reasons for this.


My coaching approach

As each individual has a unique blend of values, goals and circumstances, my approach is individually tailored to each client.


Having said that, I usually follow a three stage process:


NLP based  coaching

How is NLP coaching different from other types of coaching? Rather than just speaking to your logical brain, NLP allows you to dig deeper into your subconscious mind, to find out what is really going on for you. Visualisation and imagination are helpful tools for this.


How I help you

My job as a NLP coach is to ask questions and listen attentively in a non-judgemental way. To help you move forward, I also challenge your beliefs to help you overcome any stumbling blocks standing in your way. These sessions give you a safe, confidential space to explore different options, which allows you to get a different perspective on your situation. In the coaching sessions we uncover what your deep motivations are. 


Having me as a coach means that I help you to find your own solutions you have within yourself. As a result,  you're more likely to stick to your plans because it's a goal that specifically suits you, created by you


How you get results

Here's the thing, I don't have a magic wand (although sometimes a breakthrough feels like magic!) and I cannot make the changes for you. Only you can do that! With an open mind and commitment you can look forward to amazing results. 


Changing the way you behave and talk to yourself is crucial and even small changes can make a big difference.


Coaching options

If you only have a small specific challenge to work on or if you're unsure if NLP is right for you, booking a Taster Session is a great option. This is a single session with no obligation to commit to any further sessions.


On the other hand, if you're looking for a more transformational change, where you need a deeper commitment for a longer time, you'd be looking at buying a package of 4 or 8 sessions at a time. 


As the journey is different for each person, the number of sessions required is therefore very much depending on the individual and their goals.
